a) The Association decided to get the N.G.O. registered, Bank Account open and operation in Assam Gramin Vikash bank, Harmoti Branch, Lakhimpur, cheque disbursed authorities, rules and regulations laid, offcials communications and implement all those purposes Managing Director/ Secretary Entrusted upon carry on all those decisions of the N.G.O.

         b) The Association shall be constituted by selection procedure by the system of proposal unaimously passed in the General Meeting.

         c) The Quorum of General Meeting shall be 2/3rd Majorities out of the total members of the general body.

         d) The term of the Association shall be 7 ( seven ) years duration.

         e) The Re-Election/ Re- Constitutions of the Executive body shall be on the basis of selection procedure by the system of proposal passed unanimously in the General Meeting.

         f) The Executive body shall be make quorum by the 2/3rd majority out of the total members present in the Meeting of the Executive body.

         g) The Executive body meeting shall be held 4 times in a years and each Meeting shall be called for by the Administration officer and preside over by the chairman physically present by the Executive members.

         h) The Audits shall be done one times in a year which will be annual audit of the N.G.O.
