While a aiming at social, Economical and agricultural development we do hereby resolve to From " Non Government organizations " ( N.G.O. ) under the name and style of " River view welfare society " and ADDPT, ENACT and give ourselves this constitution of " River view welfare society ".

1. NAME AND TITLE OF THE ASSOIATION:

          a) The Association shall be known as " River view welfare society "

          b) The Head office will be Located at Harmoti in the district of Lakhimpur, Assam.

          c) The Jurisdication of Association ( N.G.O. ) will cover the North East of India.

2. DATE OF ESTABLISHMENT:

          The date establishment of the Association is 10th August/ 2007 at Harmoti, Lakhimpur District, Assam.

3. The Association shall be purely Non- Political Organization in nature & activities.
